A system for real-time operational readiness management

All the information in the system is secured and encrypted. Access to it is limited to users defined by the organization only, and is not available to external parties.

What is operational readiness?

In an emergency, knowing that there's gear isn't enough. You need to know where it is, that it's in working order, available, in date, and of course, that there's an authorized team member who can and knows how to use it. GUARDIAN connects all these factors and provides a clear, up-to-date situation picture on a single dashboard — and lets managers and commanders understand the level of operational readiness and functional fitness of the organization and the sector they're responsible for.

Management

How a station is built

The first step is Management: building the operational emergency stations. An operational station is a combination of dedicated gear, an authorized team member, and defined responsibility. From there, GUARDIAN moves with you to Control over the sector picture — and to keeping every station at Readiness over time.

Control

The core: control

This is where the field meets command. Two sides of the same system — what the team member does with the gear, and what the officer sees and controls from the dashboard.

Readiness

How an operational station is kept ready

A station doesn't stay operational on its own. This is the part that keeps it that way over time.

Never expired

Expiry alerts

Every item with an expiry date. The system alerts in advance and enables renewal — so no critical item is caught expired at the moment of truth.

Field check

Periodic check

An execution form from the phone. Every item gets a clear result — verified, fault, rejected, or guidance-required.

No editing

A locked record

Every check and every action is recorded in real time and can't be changed after the fact — documentation you can rely on.
